TJGT & PING COLLGE GOLF GUIDE ANNOUNCE EXPANDED PARTNERSHIP

Sponsored in part by Nike Golf

TJGT & Ping College Golf Guide (collegegolf.com) are excited to announce an expanded relationship to maximize the value to TJGT members.  College golf coaches, golf organizations, colleges and universities, current and former college players and the media have continued to recognize the Ping College Golf Guide as the leader in educating and informing families on college golf programs and academic matches. This season, every player registering for the TJGT College Bound Membership will receive a free online Expanded PING Guide/Golfstat subscription, an $80 value, to assist them in their search for their best opportunities to play college golf while earning that valuable college degree.

Dave Jones, TJGT President stated, “Dean Frischknecht and the Ping College Golf Guide are second to none. Every junior golf family should maximize this resource to the fullest extent. The “Expanded” version of the PING Guide allows each player to place their scores in any college golf tournament at any level to see where they would fit based on yardage differential and course difficulty for each event. “

Dean Frischknecht says, “I have watched the TJGT the past several years and have been impressed with how passionate their staff is on educating junior golfers and their families about the opportunities to combine a college education and competing in college golf.  It is important for families to understand there are millions of “non-athletic” college dollars available and competition levels for all players.  It can be surprising to learn that non-athletic financial awards can be greater than the coveted “golf scholarship.” Past TJGT results speak for themselves, and we look forward to serving TJGT members and educating their College Bound Membership on the wealth of information the Expanded PING Guide/Golfstat program can offer.”

Jones adds, “The TJGT believes when we best inform and educate parents and players on the entire recruiting and scholarship process it will turn into scholarship dollars with better than a 90% success rate. TJGT success over the past 12 years of 3000 collegiate alumni is a result of this vision.”

Coach Monzingo, TJGT CBM Director stated, “To be associated with Dean and the Ping College Golf Guide is like riding in the best sports car in the world.  This resource for our CBM members is something special and will certainly ensure our members success in securing an academic or golf scholarship.  As a two time college golf coach, I know the information presented in The Expanded Ping College Golf Guide program is invaluable in selecting and researching universities and colleges at every level (4-year and 2-year) and finding the “right fit” for each member. We at the TJGT align ourselves with proven results. Dean’s Ping College Golf Guide is a proven WINNER – and is a ‘Win/Win’ for TJGT members”.
