Mike Neece
Daughter - Maggie A. Neece, Class 2013, TJGT Member
Mike Neece founded Integra Marketing in 1996, proceeded by 10 years as a manufacturer representative in the consumer electronic industry.
Integra Marketing is manufacturer representative agency which currently represents 12 different manufacturer’s in the consumer electronic/computer peripheral industries. Customer base includes: Wal-mart Stores, Sams Club, Radio Shack, Blockbuster, Dell and JC Penney’s. Integra Marketing currently employs 8 people and has annual sales of over $300 million. The company continues to operate as full service rep organization with extensive experience that works with responsiveness integrity and hard work. Prior to getting into the sales and marketing, Mike chased the dream of being a professional golfer. Playing on the mini tours and in 1985 played on the PGA Tour (Nationwide). 3 years in row of the PGA Tour Final Stage was enough! Collegiately, Mike played golf at the University of Houston were he was a playing member of 1980 Southwest Conference Champions and a team member of the 1982 NCAA Champions. Mike honed his golf skills growing up in Irving Texas, where his dad, Bryant Neece owned the Irving Golf Range for 30+ years. Mike won several junior golf tournaments including the 1978 Texas State Junior Championship. Mike is also involved in the Men’s Club and a usher at Good Sheppard Catholic Church in Colleyville. He is wife Cathy of 25 years and their three children Katie, who is a junior at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Clare, who will be entering the University of Oklahoma next fall and Maggie, an 8th grader at Holy Trinity Catholic School and TJGT member reside in Colleyville.
Bill Campbell
Daughter - Emily Campbell, Class 2015, TJGT Member
Bill Campbell is the Americas Senior Vice President for Intergraph Corporation’s Security Government and Infrastructure (SG&I) business. In this role he oversees the Americas sales and delivery teams for SG&I’s Public Safety, Security, Government & Transportation, and Utilities & Communications business units.
Intergraph is the leading global provider of engineering and geospatial software that enables customers to visualize complex data. Businesses and governments in more than 60 countries rely on Intergraph’s industry-specific software to organize vast amounts of data into understandable visual representations and actionable intelligence. Intergraph’s software and services empower customers to build and operate more efficient plants and ships, create intelligent maps, and protect critical infrastructure and millions of people around the world.
Bill has more than 20 years of management, sales and marketing experience. Prior to Intergraph, Bill worked at Capgemini, a leading global systems integrator, where he was the global sales officer and a vice president in North America for its Technology Services business. He had also previously led sales and delivery for Capgemini’s United States Southern business unit and managed its reseller business unit. In addition, Bill also has held a number of executive roles at General Electric.
Bill holds a master’s degree in business administration from The Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC). At UMBC Bill played lacrosse and received the athletic department’s merit award given annually to the UMBC senior student athlete who demonstrated excellence in the classroom and on the field consistently over a 4 year period. Also at UMBC he was inducted into Omicron Delta Epsilon the international economics academic honor society that recognizes students for academic excellence in the study of economics.
Bryan Sims

Bryan Sims is Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of SolarWinds, Inc., where he is responsible for all legal matters affecting SolarWinds. SolarWinds is an award-winning software company that provides powerful, yet simple and affordable network management software to companies of all sizes with offices and sales of its software throughout the world.
Prior to SolarWinds, Bryan lived in the Washington D.C. area and he worked at Squire Sanders and Dempsey, a law firm with offices and attorneys in all major business markets around the world. At Squire, Bryan focused on intellectual property and corporate transactional legal matters and headed the firm’s Open Source software group. Prior to that, Bryan lived in Cary, North Carolina where he served as a Vice President at Red Hat, Inc. which is the leading Linux operating system and Open Source software provider. At Red Hat, Bryan created and ran the group responsible for legal and business negotiations associated with the company’s customer and business alliances. He was also responsible for the company’s mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and global partnerships activities and assisted with the development of Red Hat’s intellectual property strategy. Bryan and his wife Marguerita live in Austin, Texas and have three children: a son, Max, and two daughters, Mariana and Sierra, who currently play on the Texas Junior Golf Tour. Bryan grew up in Shaker Heights, Ohio and is a graduate of Howard University and The Ohio State University College of Law. He also played college basketball.
Craig Rosengarden

Craig started AVIDGOLFER Magazine in 1998 after a successful career in the direct mail advertising business. His dream was to start a regional golf lifestyle publication that catered to men; a city magazine for guys. Today, Avidgolfer publishes magazines in three major markets, and opened its fourth market in Arizona this year. Currently, Avidgolfer directly employs over 10 associates, and through its licensees employs over 50 associates. The company distributes over 250,000 magazines monthly. Avidgolfer has featured celebrities on their covers such as Troy Aikman, John Elway, Roger Clements, Michael Jordan, and Kathy Ireland, just to name a few. Craig is also the co-host of the Teebox Golf Show on the Ticket, which is the longest running and highest rated golf show in the Dallas/Ft. Worth market (now in its 11th year). Craig offers expert opinions on everything about golf, based on his inside knowledge of the sport. If golf is his work, basketball is his passion, and Craig also co-hosts the Dallas Mavericks post game show on The Ticket. Craig has a Bachelors degree from the University of Georgia, where he lettered four years in lacrosse. He also holds an MBA from the University of Rochester William Simon’s School of Business and an EDD from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business.
Jeff Klotz

Jeff grew up in Conroe, Texas. He is a graduate of Texas A & M University with a degree in Marketing. He has been in the automotive industry for 20 years and he currently works for Gulf States Financial Services Group. GSFS Group is headquartered in Houston, Texas and is a leader in the automotive financial services industry. GSFS brings a high level of expertise into dealerships and financial institutions with value-added products and services that help improve customer retention and loyalty. Jeff hopes to bring this same expertise with him to serve the members and families of the TJGT. Jeff and his wife of 20 years le’ann, live in Austin, Texas with their two boys Klein, a freshman at Lake Travis High School and Lawson, a fifth grader at Lakeway Elementary. They are all active members in their community and in their church, Lake Travis United Methodist.
John Lodge III

I started working with my dad when I was fourteen. I drove forklifts and helped pull orders and anything else that might help. Over the years I learned how to accomplish every aspect of our operation first hand. Eventually I transitioned from the yard to sales and from operations to President.

Mike McCall
Son - Mike McCall, Class 2010, TJGT Member
Mike McCall, 51, with more than 28 years in the energy industry, is currently working with several companies on energy strategy and business development while considering other opportunities. McCall began his career with Luminant (formerly TXU) in 1980.
Following the sale of TXU Corporation in 2007 to private equity investors, he was elevated to chief operating officer. Luminant owns and operates 18,000 megawatts of nuclear, coal, and natural gas power plants, as well as, large surface mines that provide fuel for the coal power plants. Additionally, Luminant is in the process of constructing three new units and expanding mining operations for the new units. McCall held key roles such as chairman and CEO of Luminant Energy, a wholesale marketing and trading business. While in this role, McCall was also the executive spokesman and responsible for public advocacy regarding the Company’s large scale coal and nuclear power plant construction program. Additionally, Mike was senior vice president of Luminant with responsibility for mining operations, fuel management, and corporate wide environment and safety; president of TXU Gas, a 1.5-million-customer gas distribution company and pipeline business; and vice president of regulatory and director of public policy during the time in which Texas moved to a competitive generation and retail market. McCall began his career in operations. He worked as an engineer, first-line supervisor, supervisor over railroad operations, engineering manager and mine manager before taking his first corporate responsibility for the management accounting function. McCall graduated from Missouri University of Science and Technology in 1980 with a bachelor’s degree in mining engineering. A registered professional engineer, he serves on the Missouri University of Science and Technology Mining Engineering Development Board and the University of Texas—Environmental Science Institute Advisory Council and is a member of the Dallas Assembly. Mike formerly served on the boards of the Edison Electric Association, National Mining Association, American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity, American Gas Association, Southern Gas Association, Association of Electric Companies of Texas, Texas Pipeline Association and Texas Renewable Energy Industry Association. He also served on the National Coal Council, the Energy Reliability Council of Texas and the New Mexico State University Center for Public Utilities Advisory Council. Paul L. Sadler
Son - Sam M. Sadler, Class 2009, TJGT Member
Paul L. Sadler is the Executive Director of The Wind Coalition. The Wind Coalition is a non-profit association formed to encourage the development of the vast wind energy resources of the south central United States. The Wind Coalition is active in two particular regions: ERCOT and SPP. The Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) manages the electric transmission grid covering most of Texas. The Southwest Power Pool (SPP) grid covers all or parts of seven unique states: Texas, New Mexico, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, and Louisiana. As the Executive Director, Paul is responsible for the policy and regulatory development concerning wind energy in eight states.
He is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas and Louisiana, board certified in Texas Civil Appellate Law and Personal Injury Trial Law, a graduate from Baylor University in 1977 and Baylor Law School in 1979 and is an active member of the State Bar of Texas and admitted and qualified in numerous federal courts including the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Prior to serving as the Executive Director of The Wind Coalition, February 2008, Paul was a practicing attorney specializing in litigation matters. His practice included the asbestos litigation as well as oversight of litigation for a multi-billion dollar company in all 50 states. In addition to his work as an attorney, Paul served in the Texas House of Representatives from 1991 – 2003. During his tenure in the Texas House of Representatives, he served on numerous committees including Education, Judiciary, Pensions and Investments, Health and Human Services, Calendars and was one of eight members designated to the Legislative Budget Board. His most significant committee work, however, was in the area of Education. Sadler served on the House Public Education Committee from 1993 - 2003 (serving as Chairman of the committee from 1995 - 2003). Chairman of the Select Committee on State Revenue and Public School Finance in 1997; and Chairman of the Select Committee on Public School Employee Health Insurance in 2001. Paul was the only house member to serve as Chairman of more than one committee in the same session. He had dual chairmanships in two sessions in 1999 & 2001. Among his accomplishments as Chairman, include the re-write of the entire Education Code in 1995 (known as the “Ratliff-Sadler Act”); enactment of public school employee health insurance for the first time in the history of the State; passage of a $3.8 billion education package, which at the time included the largest property tax cut in the history of the State; provided teacher pay raises for three consecutive sessions for the first time in the history of the State; established critical need programs for prekindergarten and kindergarten; the ninth grade initiative targeting students at risk of drop-out; and increased funding for public school facilities. As then Lieutenant Governor Rick Perry stated, “What the Legislature is all about (is) competing interests coming together and splitting differences. Unless it’s education - then you do everything that Paul wants.” Sadler has received numerous awards for his legislative work. He was singled out by Texas Monthly during each of his legislative terms, being named to the Ten Best List in 1995, 1997, 1999 and 2001. He was recognized by the Dallas Morning News during each of his legislative sessions naming him as one of the three “Outstanding Legislators” in 1995 and one of “Six Stellar” legislators in 1997, recipient of the John B. Connally Award for Excellence in Education given by the Just For The Kids Foundation, as well as similar awards from every education group in the State of Texas. Paul and his wife, Sherri, have five children: Erin, Brandon, Lee, Joel and Sam.
Ronald Thacker
Son - Luke Thacker, Class 2009, TJGT Member
Ronald Thacker graduated from Wichita State University in 1985, married his high school sweetheart Kim, and has been in the financial services industry for the 25 years since. Ron is now a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, a global financial services company managing over 527 billion dollars in assets with more than 600 offices in 37 different countries. Upon completion of a Joint Venture with Citi Group’s Smith Barney unit the combined entity will be the largest wealth management institution in the country. Ron started his career at Merrill Lynch in Wichita Falls, TX as a financial advisor before being recruited to Morgan Stanley. He continued to manage over $100 million in client assets until he was asked to pursue a career in management. His management career brought him to Fort Worth, San Antonio and now Dallas where Ron is one of 11 District Managers in the U.S. Ron now manages all aspects of Morgan Stanley’s Global Wealth Management business in 7 states; Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Arkansas, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana. In total, Ron is responsible for $322 million in revenues, $36 billion in assets, 836 financial advisors and a total of 1200 employees. Outside of the office Ron and his wife Kim have raised two children; Victoria (20), who is pursuing a degree at the fashion institute of technology in New York City and Luke (18) who after graduating from South Lake High School this Spring will attend the Colorado State University on a golf scholarship.
Tom Hervey
Son - Patrick A. Hervey, Class 2017, TJGT Member
Tom Hervey has leveraged 28 years of knowledge of the Dallas-Fort Worth automotive market into his successful position as President & General Manager of Allen Samuels Dodge-Hyundai. The North-Richland Hills dealership has grown under Hervey’s leadership over the past year to extend its success in sales, service and parts.
The dealership is the largest volume Dodge dealer in Tarrant County, the top Hyundai dealer in the Metroplex, the second largest Dodge MOPAR parts program in America. And Allen Samuels Dodge has consistently received the highest honors from the manufacturer: Southwest Business Center Dealer of the Year and a member of the Dodge Challenger Club for five years in a row as one of the top-performing Dodge dealers in America, a long-time Five-Star Dealer for high scores in customer satisfaction and sales; and the only Business Link and Sprinter commercial vehicle dealer in Tarrant County. Along the way, Allen Samuels Auto Group has become the #1 selling Dodge dealer group in all of Texas. The dealer group was named one of the Elite Eight new car dealers in America by TIME Magazine as a finalist of the National Auto Dealers Association TIME Quality Dealer Award; Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the Southwest Region, finalist for Business of the Year by the Texas Association of Business; and member of the year by at least five area chambers of commerce. With close to $700 million in annual sales, Allen Samuels Auto Group is the 35th largest dealer group in America. Hervey has carried on the dealership’s legacy of community involvement and has seen the dealership’s volume continue to grow at a time that the industry has experienced challenges. Community partnerships include Santa U.S.A., the Rod Pampling Celebrity Golf Tournament to benefit Cystic Fibrosis, Alliance for Children, American Cancer Society, and the American Heart Association. The dealership has invested well over $1.5 million in community endeavors. Tom serves on both the Dodge and Hyundai dealer advertising boards and is a Rotarian. He and his wife Tina live in Colleyville with their children Olivia and Patrick.
